Do trauma release exercises. Shit is magic. Dude behind it David bercelli figured out that wild animals who get attacked by predators never have the long lasting effects of stress and anxiety because they instantly tremor the stress and anxiety out of them. So a croc snaps at a zebra, zebra gets away and is freaking out. Tremors the stress out and is back to grazing 30 seconds later like nothingness ever happened. People with mental health issues it isn’t in their head but trauma and stress stored in their body. The main exercise is lie on back, bottoms of feet together in a crab position than raise your knees up 1-8 inches until you start tremoring, and that’s stress and trauma discharging from your body.
I made 2 different threads about this on biz before and I’ll send you the responses of someone who did what I showed him in the 2nd thread I made a week later

You literally just lay on your back and press the soles and rest of your feet together and instead of just laying there, you lift your knees up a little but until your legs begin to tremble and you hold it there.
Prana breathing helps, as well as a little toke to help you relax through the trauma to release.
I've tried doing this several times and watched videos to make sure I'm doing it right. Nothing happens, after a while my legs and back muscles start screaming at me so I stop. I never tremor.

Here are two. Start slow. 5-10 mins tops. This shot is crazy your legs involuntarily tremor like you are in an exorcism. After the first time I did it after going to New Mexico to do somatic experiencing which didn’t work as well but overlaps with TRE.... I’m driving back to my air bnb and I start singing along to the song in the car while dancing in the car like I was a 16 year old girl listing to shani Twain. Halfway through I’m like wtf am I doing? Next day I’m playing poker and I start crying uncontrollably for no reason.

There’s another one. Lie on back. In the position with your knees up like your going to do a sit up. Put the insides of your feet together.... and your knees together too and then move your knees outward until you start tremoriing. Sometimes you may need to do the exercises to weaken the muscles a bit.
But what you are actually doing in the main exercise I don’t consider an exercise cuz your body does it itself. I can get on the ground and be tremorijg in less than 5 seconds.
One other thing my practitioner had me do was before doing it lie on your back in the crab position and arch your back upwards and hold it for 1 minute
