I think the odds are long that the large and megacaps dip. They are one of the last safe havens for excess cash.
Small and mid caps are about to get shit on again.
The only way TMF and TQQQ both implode is if the whole market is in tatters. That cash would have to be in the actual economy and would finally trigger the hyperinflation that money printing in the US has avoided for so long.
If that happens, there will be chaos everywhere and not just for financial workers. It is Pascal's wager.
Currently I have been rebalancing TMF gains (if they occur) into TQQQ, and TQQQ gains into gold mining stocks. If money velocity increases I rebalance either into gold.
