buy what u can afford user. i would buy a little each day between now and june 29 until you have ur full investment. i say june 29 b/c right now price is tied to % OMG, which incentives lower token cost. once it goes live with bitfinex we expect the fee to change to a % of ETH. this incentivizes exchanges to let the price increase as it drives insane cost savings. this is a market driven by money so naturally a working product that speeds up transactions and saves significant money will become king. OMG has quietly positioned over the last two years to do just that, and now the time to launch is here.

i don't think so. i was personally holding out for a $0.90 target but ended up buying in the $1.50 range. june 29 intergration with bitfinex and tether is a major event and they are incentivized to pump the price once the fee schedule changes to % of ETH (currently % of OMG fees). i think this is the lull before the moon shot
