I kinda agree with you. The marketing is not a strong point at this moment, but since there was no ICO or anything to fund the project, the devs' priority is to finish the product.
On the discord, you can see commits to Github almost everyday and announcements every now and then.
I think the live functioning of the DEX's aggregator with Binance and Livecoin is too big to be just another scam.
