Personally I've been eating 2 large meals per day, doesn't even feel like fasting. My "breakfast" is huge, 2000+ calories, then a smaller meal about 4-6 hours later depending when I'm hungry.

and then fasting also helped by the night?

it's valuable to say also that there is an increase in testosterone

Been fasting on one huge meal a day for about 3 years on ~5000 cal. I’m big lean and ripped. Not a larp

I don't think 16 hours does anything. Pic related for reference.

I usually do 24 hours a day and throw few 30 hour fasts twice a week.

i literally sleep walk to the fridge and eat cheese and wake up in bed with crackers

what do you mean with ''big lean'' and ripped?

>I don't think 16 hours does anything
Maybe it's not too much
But think about the cumulative effect if you take as an habit on having one meal per day
The cumulative effect

I eat all meals in a 5 hour period after my workout water and black coffee during fasting periods
