So basically, the food landscape is actually a minefield for masculinity. I barely understand it, but if there are good items that make me less of a man and bad for testosterone , what are those that have the opposite and desirable effect ?
Whats the opposite of those things men should avoid eating ?
Well this is a massive blackpill. What the fuck am I supposed to eat?

I just found this.
There’s a YouTube guy who had some dysfunction where he produced less testosterone than a woman and he managed to increase it to normal levels by adjusting his diet. His name is Christopher Walker on YouTube.
This is an excellent post. Refined white sugar is probably your number one enemy here and will cause massive inflammation on the body, reduces test, wrecks your immune response, kill your lifting gains, and literally lowers your IQ. Refined carbs aren't great either but the sugar is terrible. I probably consume less than 10gs a day of both refined/processed carbs and sugars but a lot of days its 0. Golden potatoes, sweet potatoes, and occasionally rice make up most of my starchy carb intake for calories.
Immediately cut out soda and candy as a start. The only sugars I consume are from fruit, veggies, clean dairy, and honey.
Also buy a masticating juicer and make pic related. I did about 6oz of spinach, full cucumber, full stalk of celery, small wedge of lemon(remove the rind), and 1 or half gala apple. Full gala apple makes it taste pretty good though, but I like the taste of veggies so its all the same.
Omega J 8006 Juicer it was about $350. I drink one of these a day at least, recipe above makes 40oz-45oz.
I only eat wholefoods, grass fed butters dairy and the cleanest cuts of meat, healthy fats, lots of green vegetables, spring water, coffee, honey, dark chocolate eggs, herbs, onion, garlic, fresh cold pressed juicing of vegetables as well etc you get the idea (if interested I'll gladly give a full list) since I was 19.
what about sugar free sodas? i kinda assume the fake sugars arent good either
and yes, interested in the full list pls
>Green juice
Kidneys must love those oxylates
the biggest change you can make is not consuming carbs and eat a pure meat diet even if it is from supermarket
read food labels, almost all manufactured foods have some kind of onions in them
To anyone who read this and believes it is true:
IT IS NOT. YOU ARE ON THE WRONG PATH. GO BACK.
You faggots must be really entertaining in person. Literally the “no fun allowed” retards of gastronomy.

This is off the top of my head, but you can make TONS of healthy meals from scratch with the above list. I buy about the same things whenever I shop and always keep the above on hand. I'm thinking about getting a dehydrator to make my own jerky as well.
Avoid sugar
>it must be magic dust in my food that's making me a failure in life and not my retarded unlikable personality that makes poor decisions
I've heard this before and its cope. I'm 30 years old and I've never had kidney problems, nor a kidney stone. I don't drink smoke, drink or do drugs either except CBD oil(non-psycho active) and psychedelic mushrooms in tea every 3-6 months.
I steam squash and zucchini*
Lemon as well*

you could just drop all the green crap and save some money
I love onions though. I always cook em with my eggs and chicken
i meant s 0 y
Yea I'm going to pass on that. My diet is already half meat. I legit feel high when I'm consuming the green fresh juices. I haven't had my immune system compromised in over 4 years and that is a large part of the equation. Imagine thinking no vegetables at all is a good idea.
Are you a gigachad?
I'm short and small so no?(5"10) and like 150lb. I'm shredded and get attention from women if that is what you mean.
This guy is a fucking retard. Eat a balanced diet. Use carbohydrates around your workouts to increase your insulin sensitivity to better manage your blood sugar, keep your cortisol levels low, and pack on muscle glycogen / lean mass. Muscles need carbohydrates to grow effectively and you absolutely need them to recover effectively from heavy exercise.
This person is probably fat or a diabetic who browses reddit for dietary advice, seriously - eat your carbohydrates and try to get 30g fiber in if you’re eating 3000 calories a day.
My face is 7.5-8 though and have long hair which is all that really matters but also kind of an autist, hence I'm here after all. Also all LINK since 2017

lol, i'm 6ft and weigh 165

follow the science
don't eat the carbs
they make you fat
animals that eat carbs, don't eat for extended amount of time afterwards, it's logic
Carnivore diet is NPC fad diet shit you idiot.
Predators that eat only may go literally days between meals. Herbivores eat constantly through the day
>not fasting at least 16h/day
ngmi
Thats assuming you actually lift.
Eat a fucking cheeseburger beanpole, and pick up something heavy a few times.
just realized OP's pic says
>Avoid using sunscreens altogether
Enjoy the consequence
>eat what cavemen ate for thousands of years is a "fad"
bruh, have you tried it?
i eat 2 eggs and bacon for breakfast, and 300grams for meat for dinner, no lunch, a predator would eat a lot more and be able to fast for longer, i'm sure if i ate half an animal i could fast for a few days
meat gives you more energy because your body is actually using what you eat, i shit WAY less
i tried keto with greens and i was shitting every day because of all the crap my body couldn't use just sent it straight down to my intestines
>animals that eat carbs don’t eat for an extended amount of time afterwards
>it’s logic
How the fuck does that make sense when the primary deciding factor on size, fat and muscle mass is calories in / calories out?
Carbohydrates peri-workout and in the evening lower your cortisol levels - cortisol inhibits muscle protein synthesis in your body. Cortisol is needed to move muscle glycogen out of your muscles and into your blood to he used as energy, which is why you eat cabs an hour or two before your workout and after you finish exercising - your body senses the carbohydrates in your blood stream and in turn does not produce cortisol, because it doesn’t need the glycogen in your muscles to be used as energy.
That’s the science. Whatever you’re talking about is fad bullshit being sold to you. Stop listening to total retards. The dumbest people stand to gain by misinforming those who are more intelligent than they are.
