Unironically there are women that would make fantastic CEOs but it's just not in their nature to make 70 hour weeks instead of having kids. That's a more of a manly trait I'd say. You need to be obsessed with work if you want to succeed in the upper echelons of business. It must be an inner drive that keeps pushing you to do new and more things. I'm content with making less money and having less stress. I've found that if I work 4 days a week I'm way less worn out all the time. Once I have enough passive income I'll even go down to 3 or less.
