Varies pretty wildly. I do a lot of automation work to eliminate repeatable, manual tasks. Lately I've been helping build a test environment for our enterprise password manager. Also looking to automate de-provisioning across our unix/linux environment for employees who leave the company. So much work to be done at these huge, bloated companies, and everything moves slowly, but I enjoy the subject matter and am learning a lot. I do enjoy doing opportunistic swing trading when possible, but it requires too much of my attention. Maybe someday. I used to do a lot of defined risk options plays. Maybe once I build up enough capital, I can look at costless collars on SPY or something.
