When do Housing Prices go down?

I'm tired of all this forbearance bullshit. People who didnt save shouldn't be able to keep their homes.

fuck off moshe. fuck interest, fuck loans, fuck jews, and fuck you.

No bitch fuck you, housing prices are insane and I'm tied of the government propping that shit up. Goddamn boomer rentals and foreign """investment""" are destroying the housing market by putting it out of reach of median income families.

>t. seething poorfag Zig Forumsfaggot
fuck you

That's a man

Prices won't come down. Asset inflation from unchecked Fed money printing will keep them up.

city property is gonna drop to a point where it might become affordable to actually own a home in a city, but rural property is skyrocketing

After the civil war and following ethnic cleansing. Either housing prices will be down because we'll be on the road to recovery, or housing prices will be down because whites have lost and the whole of the west will turn into a smouldering ruin filled with shitskins engaged in tribal warfare for the next 3 millennia.

Looked at zillow yesterday in a few towns over.
Saw about 20 pending forclosures

I agree with the anger but unfortunately the banks are going to use unlimited printer paper to buy any and all houses on the market at their current price. prices will never drop because the federal reserve. the founding fathers warned us about this but corporations brainwashed our parents so badly with cars and drugd nobody realized we lost all of our freedom and land

and why did you think they got expensive in the first place fucking retard? why is college tuition so expensive? because of loans. when credit is cheap, anyone can get a loan, and then all of a sudden demand increases while the supply remains constant. i agree that boomers have forced the supply to remain constant through their shit policies such as zoning rules. but don't forget why everyone can suddenly "afford" houses that are actually out of their price range.

>lives in a house - only loan is mortgage
>car is paid off
>called poor
you must be a rentcuck

I hate jews, boomers, niggers, and homosexuals so much. Housing prices won't go down. They know people want to own a house so the hated groups get together and collude, basically giving entitled boomers three and four plus houses for nothing, just to keep good people from getting a basic need met.
What we need is a president who will cut social security and all other forms of welfare like section 8, ebt, public schools, etc.. Also needs to ban schools with diversity programs and heavy punitive measures on anyone caught letting a nigger in the program if there were any applicants of another race with a higher GPA. I hope to run for election one day, all of the problems in America are very easy to fix, I wouldn't even call them problems. Calling them problems is disrespectful towards kindergarten arithmetic classes. 2+2 is way more complex than race relations and boomer retirement handouts shitskins need to learn their place and boomers should have planned for their own future instead of asking everyone else to pay for their mistakes.

incredibly based. you have my vote.

Pendiing is key. They'll never make it to the market. The back would rather float a loss some years than let anyone pay what a house is worth. The second it's official 18 will go off the market to be listed later. Real estate is heavily manipulated and mostly scams. Crypto is much better in this regard, but you can't sleep in a bitcoin so what can you do?

>and why did you think they got expensive in the first place fucking retard? why is college tuition so expensive? because of loans.
This is true but you can't ignore the effect foreign money (particularly corrupt Chinese party member money) is a big part of it too.

Fuck city living it’s a hell hole . Suburban cities are hot right now.

not based at all. it's entirely the federal reserve's fault, that's it. if every federal reserve member got hit with that heart attack gun the world would instantly become a better place. for as long as I live I'm going to do my best to destroy centralized banking.

i mean clearly several things are out of whack in this country, and they should all be changed.

I did forbearance and planning to extend to next year. What you going to do about it zoomer

>because of loans. when credit is cheap, anyone can get a loan, and then all of a sudden demand increases while the supply remains constant.

Should we all just lever up to the Jew then? What's the point of saving or being frugal when you can splurge and just declare bankruptcy if it falls down on you?

I offered 30% over ask on a foreclosure and was completely ignored for weeks. The housing market is fake and gay

Banks and mortgage companies get free money so there is no pain when they trickle housing out. Fed insures they can wait yer ass out.

good point. i don't know the answer to this. declaring bankruptcy isn't as bad as people make it seem, i just wouldn't want to go through the stress of it. it's easier to make 7% gains on index funds then to try to leverage your money into multiple rental properties.

which index fund should i park $20k into right now to get that kind of return?

Based but user after a president gets elected they are sat down and threatened if they do anything that won’t help Isreal so nothing gets done ever.

Housing prices will go down when the millennials all bought in and the baby boomers die and exit scam.

You're not alone

It'll happen when the eviction moratorium ends... Which isn't till fucking March 2021 in Seattle.
