I hold quite a lot QNT but this is unfortunately true. They are selling large chunks every time there are news and AMA's.
I think those recent 300k transfers will be sold now when OVN launch is, if there is enough buyers. They are smart and won't dump the price -80%, instead it's usually -15-30% during few days or a week. This is the reason why you should never fomo to Quant. I'm very sure we are back in much lower prices in 2-3 weeks. OVN won't have much happening in it in the beginning and team has much more tokens in IDEX and Bittrex than there are buyers.
Anyway, I'm really bullish long term (1-2 years) and will accumulate more if the price goes down again.
