The idea is meditation/Kundalini and breathing channel that sexual energy and tension up your chakra points so it doesn't degrade your prostate by sitting there dormant. Some monks will go decades without orgasm and have zero prostate problems living to 80's 90's and longer even.
There are tons of resources online. Its key that you do A LOT of research first. The chakra points can be blocked my various mental/emotional issues and you can have a real bad time if you aren't prepared as you unlock them.
