my poor dog has diarrhea

anyone got anymore info on that fake chinese bank bullion scandal? Someones getting shot over that.

kinda spooky to think about it

Did you feed him fried chicken?

Even spookier to realize how long this kind of gold fakery has been going on for. I'm not really suspicious of anything in 10 oz denominations or less, but anybody with big bars has got to be sweating their dicks off about how many of them have a chocolate filling instead of being all creme.

I am betting no one had a clue it was going on, you pull out 3 bars out of 10 per shipment, no one would notice. Do that for a few years and you would have yourself a hefty stack.

That's probably where that corrupt chinese official who got caught with tons of gold got it from.

Isn't it a typical Chinese grift? Some crook pledges the same collateral for multiple loans except in this case the crook doesn't even pledge real gold. I've read nothing to suggest that the gold reserves of the Chinese government are suspect. If the government's gold is fake, expect a lot of high-level people being disappeared.

i wonder where the fakery was being done at. Was it coming from the mints processing government bullion, or were guys stealing bars and replacing them directly at the store houses. We probably will never find out.

Occrams razor. I'd be willing to bet it was right at the mint. But yea, no point in wondering too much.

I'd be pretty nervous if I was stacking a lot of pandas.

I suspect it was the CCP trying to offload it's chocolate and have the corporation take the fall, but it could very well have been done at the mint.

I'll add the first stack of the thread
Pan Man, have you heard any news about Pure Gold? I believe they should be getting the first results back soon from the exploratory drills that started at the beginning of the month.

What are you all thinking about getting for your next purchase? I was thinking pic related, but might get some silver leafs instead.

Attached: asahi_1oz_SLV.png (517x515, 232.91K)

From what I read they just made their own clad bars and then listed them as collateral. It is that fucking easy to just create $2.1 billion in china

Considering a single good delivery bar is over $700k you would think that they'd take the time to scan each and every one anytime they change hands.

The only silver lining is that it was all chink finance firms and companies that got screwed.

what are make it stacks of silver and of gold?

Havent heard anything yet, but yes they will be probably posting results shortly. PureGold hopes to be actually mining by the end of the year too, that will help a lot.

reposting from the previous thread
>11,458 silver futures contracts stood for delivery today. thats ~50 million ounces for a single day
>ISSUED column means they are providing the silver, STOPPED column means they are taking the silver

both

What are your price predictions for the rest of the year? The thing to me it seems is that most people who are stackers have already bought. I'd say for the most part it could be priced in, but maybe I'm being hopeful.

>most people who are stackers have already bought
correct

>priced in
dammit i still dont know what this means. i feel like im the only one left who doesn't know what his means

Is its otherpaw amputated?

Me too, I don't know what it is about them.

maybe lost it in a bear trap or something?

Means that we will not see as much price action as we did in 2008, depending on how you look at it this could be good or bad.

That's what I read, too. It's a "private" company creating gold-plated copper bars to use as collateral for loans. I have read nothing indicating that the fake bars were purchased from the Chinese government or from the Shanghai gold exchange.

It seems like this fraud was entirely perpetrated by the fraudulent company run by the ex-PLA crook. I remember seeing a table where about $1BB of fake gold was pledged as collateral for $500MM of loans. That right there should have signalled to the someone that something was wrong.

The jump in gold price has me stepping back, otherwise I'd grab more. I started at $1,000/oz and it's hard to pay the higher price. I'm good on silver until a big dip.

He's been in the last 4 or 5 of these threads shitting it up with spam posting and accounting for about 1/3 of the posts in each. I hate nothing more than white niggers.

Hope it dips into the 15/16 range.... Want to double the stack.

that sounds right, I read a crap article earlier suggesting the gold was going to the chinese government, but this makes more sense. someone should have caught into this sooner.

It's unbelievable that the west has not turbocharged their efforts--if there are even efforts being made--to stop doing any sort of business with China. Nothing good is gained by doing business with a country that is utterly rotten to the core.

One other thing of interest to people here is that this Chinese incident is yet another example why the USD is highly unlikely to totally crater or be replaced by another reserve currency in the near future. To topple the US, there must be an entity that is capable of taking in trillions of dollars of foreign investment while also having a somewhat trustworthy legal system.

China's economy is arguably large enough, assuming it's not all fake, but no one in his right mind would trust Chinese money or Chinese laws.

At the moment, the only real contender to the US is the EU. However, the EU does not have EU bonds (it's got German, French, Greek, Spanish, etc. bonds and they're not all of the same quality) and it's questionable how much foreign investment the EU can handle.

How's it going, boys? I finally hit my stack target today, a little silver heavy due to meme coins but close to my target ratio of 1:100 gold:silver.

I'll be holding now watching my gains or ready to buy a dip. I'd buy more gold if I could get under $1750 w/ premium or more silver under $20. If it crabs I'll just pick up some silver on sale every once in a while to keep the consoom at bay.

Hoping we get more discussion of miners, in particular financial analysis of specific miners so we can figure out which ones are most undervalued.
