All of your portfolio has potential. Nice picks. Divide your funds between them and then, when one pumps first, rebalance into the others.
When something pumps +20% in a day sell some of your stack and rebuy lower. Never sell your whole stack as gauging the tops is difficult.
UBT/RSR have the biggest pump potential in the short term (100% short term growth is more likely for either of these than LINK/ETH). You could use these to build up your LINK/ETH stacks.
