Previously, 1.6 bill mainnet tokens were minted for early projects, team and project treasury (there was no ICO). 343,668.47 XOR tokens were moved across the ETH bridge and are now erc20 XOR. With the token redesign - Sora NEO - these 1.6bill will be locked behind a bonding curve and only can be moved across the bridge at .1% slippage on Uniswap rate (aprx 280 XOR per day can be moved to become liquid on the Ethereum network).
