I smoked a pack a day for about 10 years. I quit immediately and I vaped nic salt 50mg for 2. I just started the nicotine lozenges 4mg. I get cravings but the lozenge is a nice buzz. No idea how long I'll do this for. Good luck. Nic salts are fire.

Are you showing some signs of heavy smoking? I've no advice for quitting, but you say "jew" which implies it's a financial problem, and if that's the case, RYO. You can buy a machine that injects tubes with pipe tobacco and it's way cheaper than buying packs at the store. Probably costs $2-3 to make 20 cigs this way and takes about 5 minutes.

in the long run I've saved money off switching to a Juul. Once you light a cig it's pretty much a contract to finish it, whereas robodick i can puff four or five times and be done.

You only have to go without them for 3 days. Then you can slowly start doing things that trigger cigarette cravings, like drinking alcohol. Once you can drink alcohol without wanting a smoke, you basically are home free aside from the casual cravings here and there but those go away as soon as you get your mind on something else. But eventually you'll think wow i haven't had a smoke in a while. To make it the three days you should replace cigs with something like a cup of green/herbal tea. Everytime you have a craving just make a cup.

Its a lot cheaper once you have a bunch of pods on hand. Just order some vape juice online for $15 and the bottle will last you a month. But you have to maintain your pods and keep your juul clean or it will burn the coil faster. But with proper usage you can use the same pod like 15 times before its rekt.

How do you refill a a juul pod? Just take an eyedropper and empty it into one of the mouth holes?

Not so easy at first but its not too bad. You just have to push in on the narrow sides of the bod and pry back on the top with your other hand. You need to take out the cotton inside the mouth piece too, btw. If you don't it gets saturated and you'll get juice in your mouth.

in all honesty famalam, you have to fully understand, believe, and accept that your life is worse off with you smoking cigarettes. if you can not come to this conclusion, you will never quit
