At this point it feels like these three, with the exception of Link which could be amazing or fizzle out to nothing, are more like long-term holds similar to stocks. With stocks usually being far more stable, why would you even get into bitcoin if you're just going to long the main coins for a small percentage? Just put the same money into stocks and enjoy far more stability because your stock is backed by an actual product and not a speculation-driven tech demo.

No you’re right. I have about 80% of my investment portfolio in stocks. But the 20% I use to play with crypto I put in these 3. If it all goes bust, I’m not broke or sunk at all. But you’re right stocks are way more stable and consistent and have a century long track record of stable growth.
