Walmart really isn't that bad if you aren't a retard. You can work up to middle management pretty quickly and be in the $20hr range. Of course most of the people that work there are complete retards, and a lot of the non-retards move on to something else pretty quickly anyway.

I have worked at Walmart, there are white retards there too. It's not a race thing. One white kid had a limp and would walk around with a two liter bottle of mountain due that he would drink throughout the day. 2 liters a day
It's not about being "above" them. It's that they have different skillsets and capabilities, and should be dealing with lower-tier, more menial tasks. When I encounter an issue at work, I don't immediately go to the head honcho. No, he has more important things to deal with, and is compensated for dealing with those important things. I go to my supervisor, who is compensated to deal with issues similar to the ones I may encounter.
Walmart employees are compensated for putting items on a shelf, or putting them into a bag, or cleaning the floor. Of course they're going to be compensated poorly - because people like them exist, and many of them are more-than happy to live a simple life performing such tasks.
