I’m a poorfag who only has $5K total in crypto. I moved a little over 1 ETH into it when it was around $0.08. What’s a reasonable profit expectation? It’s one of the only crypto projects outside of PNK, DMG, and LINK I legitimately think could be huge.

I joined the crypto party in november 2017. Got burnt really fucking hard and even managed to lose (relatively) big in 2019 aswell. I told myself that I will never buy a coin anymore when it goes parabolic. XSN just went extremely parabolic. I would never buy at those prices. But I had to. It might happen that we correct down and then wait for raiden. What also could happen very likely is that we go up and up and up and suddenly only millionairs can afford masternodes. I just had to get in. Losing $1k is way better than missing out on a huuuuge run and receiving revenue for masternodes.

Just because you are a poor fag now doesn’t mean you always have to be. I started off with $1000 invested into bitcoin in early 2017. I soon learned about shitcoins and the massive potential gains they can get and started trading them. Turned $1k into over $500k that has been cashed out and still have a load left in the game now. XSN is my biggest bag because the upside potential of it is absolutely massive and it just needs that one spark to send it to the moon. So don’t fret over only having $5k in the game as you can easily turn that into $50k or more then ride the next wave into the millions. I had one shitcoin that I put $4k into and in 13 days it was worth $230k so yeah shitcoins is where it is at if you want the fuck you money gains, if I left it all in BTC and cashed out at peak I would have only had $20k

I expect it to correct downwards back to around 0.10-0.12. That’s fine. I’m looking for a long term hold. I only managed to make out slightly above breaking even on Uniswap shitcoins. The ones that haven’t fucked me are PNK, BUIDL, and FMA. I think it’s reasonable XSN will be a big deal in the long run. I don’t pretend to be a genius about crypto or the tech behind it, but the DEX seems like a pretty big fucking deal unless my brain is just trying to convince me it is to justify putting money into it. I look at it the same way - if I lose 1 ETH, so be it. It won’t be because it was a pump and dump like a ton of ERC20 tokens. I am not like a ton of other people here who talk about making it and being multimillionaires. That doesn’t interest me as much as some. I’m content taking humble profits of a few thousand at a time. I’m a frugal motherfucker who wouldn’t quit working even if I did become a millionaire tomorrow. Honestly, I’m just looking to make a bit extra on top of normal income to pay off the small amount of student loans I have and start funneling money into retirement plans.

That was the most normal answer I've ever seen on here. You're right it'll probably correct to 0.10 or whatever. But if it doesn't...I'll have missed the train because I won't drop 10k on a masternode. I HAVE to buy now. And if it does drop to 0.10 I'll probably lose around 4-5 ETH. But that risk is infinitely smaller than not going in and watching this go to the moon.

Maybe I don’t want to go all in on a hope of making millions. It’s essentially fancy gambling at that point. I don’t get it. I understand you can’t diversify crypto as much as other investments. But why go all in on fucking pump and dumps hoping to make a quick buck? I invest slowly and methodically.

Also, XSN doesn’t fit the bill for “pump and dump” at all. I wouldn’t put 100% of my crypto into it, but definitely I understand having a large portion of your portfolio being what you choose. I’m that way with Link.

What would the dex fees be if the price is, let's say, 50c and has an appropriate volume? It is all good to think about in a few years, but what sort of returns could I expect in the meantime?

Masternode would be worth 7500$, so you would get your 87.5 usd/month paid daily afaik

Dex reward should be like 1.25$ daily per million usd/daily volume provided that the fee is 0.25% and theres 2000 masternodes splitting on the reward. Currently there seems to be 1900 enabled masternodes.
