According to coinmarketcap.com Quant has a circulating supply of 12 million, so the phrase "only `10,000 people could hold 1,000 quant" seems absolutely uninformed from my perspective.

It's also easy to implement in an enterprise system which is a huge problem right now. Imagine testing hyperledger Fabric for 1 Year, wasting a huge amount of money and deciding to switch to Corda in the end. Many enterprises suffer from this problem but Quant solved it in an elegant way. Overledger will be the standard API for every bank, FIs etc. to access different blockchains and execute multi-chain smart contracts.
They also described Multi-Chain Oracles in ther latest paper, I'm interested if Chainlink is involved though

I have a few hundred QNT and would buy again around $5. Contrary to popular belief I dont really think a bull run is necessary for Quant to make a run. But it would obviously help the upside.
$1000 QNT seems like a lot when you look at it in terms of token value. but when you consider the market cap of projects with much less going for them in the billions, it's really not that farfetched. I still dont think itll happen in less than 5 years though. Coming from a QNT holder.

QNT have advised in the past that they dont believe in paying ridiculous fees for exchange listings. Some of these listing costing more than being listed on the NYSE. Due to the NDA's involved in exchange listing, they dont believe that non-disclosing is appropritetly reflects the character and transparency of the business.
Most projects sole goal after ICO is 'when binance,' this project could have sold its soul to binance but didn't. This project is bigger than that.
What does this tell you about QNT? This is huge buy signal. The writings on the wall.
