The marketcap of this is still tiny as fuck compared to any other defi project. Barely on any exchanges, uniswap pool is almost non-existent. The protocol is also being developed for Polkadot btw.
idk, I'll leave that others. It's at 8-9M mcap, that's literally nothing compared with other defi-projects. They still don't have the community activity other projects have (imo because their dev team is not american) and that's something they'll need to tackle.

Akropolis is not a solution-for-all, like a lot of protocols that try to be everything. Their main concept from the start was to bring together defi and institutional practices. Their main product was going to be related with pension funds, but they have evolved to the idea of a Community Bank, where people can access undercollateralized loans (instead of having to put 100% of collateral), have a credit reputation database, access to a more passive solution to take advantage of the boom of yields in the defi-ecosystem, a fiat gateway, etc.
Akro is mostly a governance token, like most defi solutions nowadays. They are going to have liquidity incentives in the future where you get rewarded with akro tokens.
