See it that way, if you were monitoring g 10 years ago, it would literally be impossible to not be a millionaire right now. Now project yourself 10 years into the future, how many more winning plays will biz have called that reddit and Twitter wouldn't see? It's just gonna keep happening because of the nature of fast moving anonymous exchanges and high iq but deeply introverted psychological profiles here. The only thing is that you need to be able to filter through the 99% of shitpost and layers of irony, normie filters etc to understand what's really crucial information.
There was this link whale user who elusively posted here some times ago, who once posted an AMA. He made it by being early in eth and then xrp, and then followed biz sentiment and got in link. This mad lad must be worth 8 or 9 digits by now. Just because he had the patience to keep monitoring biz for more than a couple of years. So where are all these ogs now?
All the oldfags I know who "made it" are kind of pathetic. They basically all cashed out at the 2017/2018 peak and have under 2 million dollars. One user bragged about how collects $50,000 on stock dividends and lives with his nip wife. As if $50,000 is good at all; probably the average income of a camwhore.

Passive income also means you're not tied to a location, if hedonism and debauchery is what you're looking for, you could move to a country like Poland or Thailand and live like a king with 50k. Which is what most passive income gurus preach. Or if you decide to stay in the west because you're family oriented then you can just see that income as giving you the freedom and free time to pursue your own business dreams, and supplement that income. Most would get bored after a few years of inactivity anyway.
