I used to sell widgets. I advertised on Facebook. The cost of conversion got too expensive around 2017. Now I am a wagie.

I buy very cheap shit on eBay from China. When it comes I say it never arrived and they give me a refund because the chink fears the jewish paypal ban. I resell the shit on ebay.

Based.

Had an affiliate site up and ready to go but life got in the way and the person I paid to put it together stopped responding. He also just forked the website I said I liked the design of and probably wasn't worth the money I paid him.

Live and learn.

had a dropshit store selling smart phonecases. got an ad with 300+ engagements but 80$ in ad later i got 1 sale. my site looked great aswell. don't know people don't want things that don't solve a problem i guess

You need a clientele first.

wdym u just need good targeting for ads

Ads are all rigged nowadays, you cant make any money off ads unless you have a fat margin on an expensive product.

Why would people buy from your random site and not wish or geek or any of those sites which they already have bought shit on?

I want to start one but I have no idea how to properly target ads and my only experience with ad targeting a couple years ago put me $3k in the hole. How do people make this work?

Very specific products for a very specific segment of clientele

Any example?

Got any link or docus that can help, fren?

I'll bite, check out hubspots sources for google ads guides.

why

how

my gf and i tried one, we paid for advertising and everything. Photoshopped and made ads, made video ads for the chink products, beautiful landing pages. Not one sale in 2 months despite having 5k people a month go to the site and look. Its a meme.

You sound dumb

>it didnt work for me
>therefore it will not work

ecom is free money if you aren’t an idiot

how?

like hes going to tell you we dont need normies ruining it

This

It's already full of normies like you... Shit is overworked since 2016.

I did a niche jewelry store for a bit. I actually converted really well by driving down into the niche and typically jewelry is hard to convert on. If you want to try something, definitely niche down as hard as you can on products and ads. Margins will be higher this way as the buyer is typically motivated already in some way. All in all after costs I probably made ~33% profit. I also conceptualized, built, and started ads all within 8 hours. It was an experiment more than anything.

yes it is and theyre barely making any money lol

my first very shitty store and me having no idea what i was doing generated close to 1m sales in a year so yes its perfectly possible and if i can do it anyone could.

my very first shitty store generated 1.1m in sales for the first year. looks like i got you beat bucko

ragie wagie here, I make stores
