Arbitrum is interesting but it is not similar to iExec at all. iExec is a decentralized marketplace for cloud computing and data renting. You could say that although Arbitrum's capabilities are a subset of what RLC can do, it can still take a portion of the market that for whatever reason prefers to run computation inside Arbitrum-enabled Chainlink nodes instead of RLC workers

I don't think that's the case. If it were, RLC would have taken half of LINK's marketcap based on having oracles too.
Not to mention if RLC becomes the blockchain computing standard then no one will want to use anything else anyways. I also think the tokenomics of RLC heavily favor it over arbitrum.
