As for the DEX (their latest and first Dapp), it is currently in beta testing (you can test if you go to discord and ask btw). It is fully decentralised with no KYC (check out pic related). Raiden is currently being worked on too (35% atm).
On stage 3 of pic related fees from the DEX will go to masternode owners (since nodes host the DEX) and 10% will be burnt (burnings happen on all 3 stages).

I forgot to mention that the DEX is lightning enabled, for instant swaps (lightning swaps). You do not need to download every blockchain in order to trade.
