If you just want to live a simple lifestyle then $2MM is more than enough imo. With a 3% withdrawal rate that's $60k/ year. That's more than enough to support my lifestyle.
The only things I spend money on are delivery food, travelling and a bit of tech. And it's not because I'm trying to be frugal, I just dgaf about expensive cars, fashion, expensive night clubs, huge mansions, luxury vacations, showing off on instagram etc.
