on my best day i made 600k. but the euphoria only lasts for a few hours. the pain from losing money is much stronger. and now its permanent

Listen to these guys. Losing six figures (or more) feels 20x worse than it feels good to make the same amount of money. And there's no guarantee that you ever will be able to make it back.
I had way too much money in crypto during 2017 and lost $300k from ATH (more than half if my networth back then). It completely crushed me. If you've made a lot of money then sell some of it and put it into safe investments..

If you had cashed out into BTC in 2018 when it was coming down but alts were pumping you'd still be a millionaire
always got insanely chopped up when price went sideways for weeks/months and then a few overleveraged bets went wrong and destroyed my stack. got back up from 50k to 500k, back to 100, back to 300k, and then just to zero.
Moral of the story here is really just don't trade shitcoins like a degenerate. Buy something that has a clear value proposition and hold it through the waves. LINK is a wonderful example of how that works out well in the longer term.
The thing is that most people who 100x'd ir better their net worths with crypto did so by having ZERO risk management. A reasonable investor would have taken profits WAY before they reached $1MM. Probably before they reached even just $100k.
