the worst is the webcam meetings. none of the boomers know how to mute. However I get by because one of my co-workers is a milf with big titties so I just put her on fullscreen and stare out those milkies.

Unless you need to actively participate, just get your coworkers used to you being on mute or with the webcam off, that's how I did it, I just listen in in case I need to say something and have stocks or games up on my own pc.

I just outright refuse to do meetings with a "No thank you.". Anything that can be informed to me in a meeting can most likely be done in a memo. Stop wasting my time.

I quite like my job. I'm a jack of all trades IT guy. Some days I'm building C# desktop applications, other days I'm writing VBA scripts to automate SAP, Database work and SSIS stuff other days. I'm all over the place.
