I'm looking into a broker for OTC trades, I've read over Fidelity's and TD Ameritrade's terms. I noticed this on Fidelity's

So what are the fees on OTCs over $1? I couldn't find that anywhere.
At this point I'm leaning towards TD Ameritrade despite their OTCBB fees. Is there any other things I should consider?

Penny stocks are all speculative, high risk high reward. If you like that you can try you luck, but my strategy is ride a small portion of the pump and get off ASAP. There are new pumps everyday.
