You can't. You've seen the hooknose behind the curtain. You've seen that the fiat pyramid scheme needs constant immigration of low IQ foreigners to prop up falling housing prices, otherwise the banks will collapse under their outstanding debts.

You can't unlearn these things, so you have to learn more. Today you can find almost every great work of literature and philosophy online. Marcus Aurelius, Kafka, Principles of Economics (austrian economics), Seneca, Machiavelli, anyone you can think of that had ideas that mattered. I wouldn't recommend starting with the Gulag Archipelago if you already feel depressed, but at some point you should read it. It's easy enough, just set the goal of picking up one of these books and finishing it. No matter how much you read every day, you will eventually finish one and it will have changed you for the better.

People like us, we are intellectual sharks. We need constant stimulation to be satisfied. Games and movies don't do that. You need serious ideas that challenge everything you know and are as a person. You must get your life in order before you can do anything beyond struggling and failing to survive in this overcomplicated society. Life is hard, but it's not as hard as governments choose to make it. Once you can distinguish bullshit from reality, life becomes simpler and easier.
