I can most help you with #2. Truth is any law school in theory can land you an NYC biglaw gig but of course is much more unlikely.
For the non T14 schools your best bet is NYC feeders like St Johns, Fordham, Cardozo to an extent. Then look to regional hubs that open significant doors i.e. Southern Methodist and UT For Houston... Philly feeders.
But your gonna need to swing at least Duke and above for solid enough shot at biglaw if that's what your banking on by going to law school.
Having said that #3 indicates you shoudlnt go to law school if that's the area you want to specialize in unless you have hard Stem undergrad background and get into biotech patent work. I do M&A and know nothing about that.
