Sharingan copies jutsus by copying hand-seals. No hand-seals = no copying
Kakashi learned Rasengan before he created Chidori. He even told Naruto that he made Chidori because he couldn't add his chakra nature to Rasengan.
Hijutsu can't be copied, and there are several reasons for that:
>Hijutsu that involves body modifications:
Aburame Clan, Kidomaru, probably Hozuki Clan
>Hijutsu that involves orally taught moulding of chakra of uneven Yin and Yang proportions and don't use orthodox hand-seals anyway
Nara Clan, Yamanaka Clan, Akimichi Clan, probably Inuzuka Clan (Kiba is Yang user, but not sure if his jutsus are Hijutsu or not), maybe hungry ghosts from Tayuya's Doki summons (according to Shikamaru) though not labelled as Hijutsu
Not mentioning several characters use non-hijutsu moves that do not involve hand-seals, (like Temari with her fan) or use shit that are more complicated than "create fire" (Asuma and his ash cloud that he ignites later) or ain't using one of 5 nature transformation and are likely Yin or Yang based (Shizune's poison mist breath; most likely Yang).

Teams are supposed to have a healer anyway so two could open the first gate, blitz an opponent who hasn't opened their chakra gates yet, then return from the mission and have any damage healed. Mastering one or two gates released should be a requirement for chunin.

i think ino is best girl and fave overall, and i like kisame and killerbee a lot and equally. raikage's just killerbee but less fun.
sasuke is best boy though - what can i say, i like fuck-ups and edgy bastards and his dub va is excellent. orochimaru is also up there simply for managing to survive into boruto and by all accounts is doing exactly the same stuff but he's on the village's side now so they're cool.

Yes he is mc and got the most power ups. But his character is quite sad desu.

If it was anyone else that village was fucking gone. They would be overcame by the hatred of 9 tails. But naruto's pureness and goodwill did not let that happen.
Also naruto is OP with or without 9 tails chakra. He was able to summon up tons of clones before he was allowed to use 9 tails chakra. He is a uzumaki so he gets passive chakra to hp buff.
He works hard. He works hard on his taijutsu and other skills. But he is dumb so he cant properly do ninjutsu and other lessons.
Anyway i just think naruto deserves all of the powerups he got
