>99% of them seem to be set in an MMO No, 99% of them are set in Seoul and revolve around some shitty psychological drama. The remaining 1% is set in MMO. You want MMO overdose go read chinkshit.

Perhaps these kind of series are really poor (I haven't checked them ALL of them, I'm not really interested in that kind of stories), but they aren't the only kind of stories Korea produce. And like anywhere else, many stories are going to be forgettable/bad, while some do rise to the occasion or end up being fun/good, etc (though what qualifies as good varies from person to person too). Some I have personally liked & would recommend are: - Survive as the Hero’s Wife - Crimson Karma - A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special - The Flower That Was Bloomed By A Cloud - What Kind of Empress Is This - Peerless Dad - Volcanic Age (badly translated title, but story & art are good). - Marchen – The Embodiment of Tales - Survival Story of a Sword King in a Fantasy World - I Am a Child of This House - The Abandoned Empress - Skeleton Soldier Couldn’t Protect the Dungeon - Contract Concubine - A Stepmother’s Märchen - Her Summon - As You Wish, Prince - The Detective of Muiella
50% of them are gay porn and I, a straight based male, do love it

Also, not comic, but still I would like to mention: - The Novel's Extra. A novel about a guy ending up as an extra character in a novel that he wrote (and someone else is rewriting). The "novel world" is one of those where "dungeons & magic suddenly appeared in the modern world Earth", but takes place decades after they first appeared and it's still incredibly entertaining & well-written (and has some crazy out-of-the-left-field stuff too, including characters arcs I never knew I wanted). In my hearth, it's tied with "Release that Witch" and "Lord of Mysteries" (haven't read much yet), but those are Chinese titles
Because some of them are good and I like reading good things. I don't categorically dismiss content because "muh gooks" like other tryhard racis autismos on this site.

IDK, maybe, I'm just going by what I see on Mangadex. Traditional comics like Shin Angyo Onshi seem to be higher quality than the webtoon MMO garbage.

superior isekai/reicarnation garbage that i love lol

The reason why people read Korean comics is because Korean comics are different. They have a different value system and different ideas on how a story works. Manga gets repetitive as the same tropes are repeated over and over again. And sometimes after you read too much its nice to see a completely different or similar story that lacks those tropes.

I read a bunch of killing stalking years ago, is it over?I kinda want an adaptation to happen just for the potential shitstorm it would cause

It’s often very a very cynical view of the world and everyone including the main character is unlikable.

>it's one punch man but actually comedic One Punch Man can be pretty comedic too, it's just that it sometimes gets embroiled too much in the conspiracy stuff or the "talk" part of fights and superhero life. The sillier monsters are my favorites.
Blank spaces, overreactions and same artstyle everywhere. It's like there are only 2 or 3 people drawing hundreds of titles. I remember reading a few titles back when manhwa wasn't eye cancer, they were ok.
