>Protagonist isn't a self-insert >Protagonist isn't ultra dense >Love develops at an actual reasonable pace rather than nothing happening due to plot excuses until the end >Love interest isn't practically sexually harassing the protagonist >Protagonist's parent isn't normal human height
Why isn't this more popular? it actually has none of the flaws everyone is always bitching about.
It was a short anime in a season filled with good shorts. I really don't know why else Zig Forums forgot about this show. Comedy was great.
Julian Flores
Sounds like the typical shoujoshit, as in all those flaws are the female MC's to bear If that's more your speed then go for it user
Camden Ortiz
Yeah, the protagonist is female; I'm talking about “the female m.c.” when I say “the protagonist”. And Ao doesn't have those flaws, is the point. It was published in a “syounen” magazine though, but those labels are useless.
Ayden Bell
To be honest with you, I stopped because I have developed this irrational hatred with shorts having full OPs and EDs.
John Johnson
Should have shown her on the toilet
Aaron Hernandez
Intros and ending sequences in general are way too long — I'm mostly reading the strip though; I might try the t.v. series after that.
Ethan Carter
Funny, I just rewatched this not long ago since I really enjoyed this show.
It feels like with how nice they made the guy that it just made her seem like a terrible person constantly. Also the dad was shit more often than not. I'm not sure if the manga does any of that better but for the duration of the anime it did dampen the experience a bit in the cases where it wasn't funny. It was a fun enough series but I'd probably only rate it 4th or 5th out of the 6 shorts I watched that season.
Boys are so perverted; they're always looking at us with a lustful gaze.
The good part about this story is that Ao pretty much seemlessly over the course admits that he's in love with Kazima and that he wants to do the sexy with him, and it's not even clear where exactly it happened that Ao self-admits that he wants to have sex.
Julian Perry
She's a slut
Gavin Edwards
A cute slut.
Oliver Nelson
Why though? Doesn't he only have eyes for Kizima, basically?
I think it was pretty cool, only romcom anime I ever really liked
Dylan Ross
I find it weird that this is apparently “F” in Japan, do they have a different system? I know Anglo-Saxons and continental Europeans have a different system but I don't thing this would come even close to “F” in either.
Isaiah Sanchez
Could be published in either though; wouldn't surprise me if the demo were sent to both and the artist just took whatever deal was more favorable.
