Telecom wasn't even getting paid contract fees for this, they were force to do 2 shows with the budget of 1 show hence who 99% of everything was done in China, the other Web Toon adaption has yet to be announced but is already finished.

When you look at key animation theres only 3 Japanese people on these episodes, most of the animation is done in China by Dogwood, theres also a studio in Thailand called North Star Studio that did the bulk of Episode 3 as well.
