Guys I need advice. I have 6 contracts for NFLX 550 that expire 7/24. I bought at the top of the share price because I thought the trend was going to continue. Currently sitting at -2172 "loss" At one point I was at "-5500" but I didnt sell because losses arent real till you hit that button.
Am i worrying too much? NFLX has been on a Keller streak this past month and esrnings are right around the correr (I plan to sell Thursday before close at the latest)
My other position is a 7/17 3100 AMZN Call. Bought it after I saw the crab move up and then got stuck again. Im not as concerned because if someone has wrecked NFLXs returns its AMZN, but god damn, Im worried the market will crash over the weekend becuase of COVID.

Something I've learned relatively recently is never exit an options trade without having an exit plan. I like to have either set price targets on the underlying or percentage changes on the option itself. Ask yourself if you would buy that option at the current price you're holding it for. Let that answer determine what you do with it
