We spend no time with Seigfried, so the main character becoming him doesn't really have impact. Why would that woman spend all three of her command spells to get her trap servant to kill someone? Even if it worked on the third she's lost her position as master. Her whole bit of wanting to sully and dominate is lost anyways because no seals means no ability to tell them to do shit. But what was her motivation to do what she did, both in general and specifically throwing away all three seals on an unimportant target, especially after everyone saw how much standing the fat guy lost for wasting his seals and losing his servant.
Yeah she looked good in her underwear, and yeah she's killed immediately so the story doesn't have to dwell on what she did, but WHY DID SHE DO IT? We know why Kotomine does things, he only gets happiness from being evil. We know why Kerry was so ruthless, he does things for the greater good thinking that once he wins people won't suffer anymore. We know why Shirou puts himself in harm's way to save others, because he saw how saving him as a child brought peace to his adoptive father and fell in love with the ideal. Apoc has so many throw away characters, it's disgusting.
