The summary is that winter break is approaching, which is quite a long holiday in Japan. Kyou-chan's going to Akita to visit grandparents for a few days, Yamada realizes that she'll miss Christmas and also be unable to see him. Thus, Yamada forced a situation wherein she could
1) Get Ichikawa's LINE
and
2) Set up a meeting for Christmas Eve
She's manipulating a Christmas date using the next volume of KimiOku as an excuse. Ichikawa doesn't realize it.
Minor things to note are:
*her friends seem to finally be noticing what's up
*She saw his nickname again (Kyou) and seems to like it
*Yamada is determined
*The next chapter is the last in the next volume.
Also this final page has an absolutely evil pun. Kyou is his nickname, and it also means "Today", so when she says his name she quickly says "not that" (Kyou janakute). "tomorrow" (ashita). I really wonder if there's any way at all to bridge "Kyou" into some sort of pun.
