Can SPCE please go down so I can buy back in? I sold at $19 because I thought it was being pumped but then it went to $20 and never went below $19 again.
Im pretty bullish on this idea as its very customer facing use of 3d print

I’ll sell my first SPCE tranche when it hits 100 (spoiler that’s wednesday)

so EVRI is literally only up because some analyst said it should be? are analyst heavily regulated like not being allowed to own a ton of shares of something that they are rating as BUY?
Yes, gubbermin' jannie now fuck off until next year

It heard that they ditched their old CEO and pretty much have reinvented themselves. Won a big government contract alongside Amazon which is massive.

No I’m spending frivolously

No because I haven’t made any money only lost. Get cancer and die.

Your broker keeps track for you. This ain’t crypto

I've got my eye on them. I think they will run to over 100 fast. August or September 60c or higher would probably be a good choice. Its interesting because Overstock.com was always this thing I associated with shitty late night commercials that made me feel like the website was a scam. It seems they're trying to become an online marketplace for home goods. Look what happened with Wayfair stock. If OSTK plays their cards right we could see them pull something like that.
Gabriel Brown
Jokes on them. I ain't made that much this year cause I ain't sold really anything. Also I make shit so what little I did make wouldn't even hurt me come tax time in 2021.
William Cox
Can I just shove 10k into buying options and ride RSI and MACD waves? If I buy a bunch of calls and expect the price to go up, I can cover myself with trailing stop losses and just sell when/if the call gets to 125% the original price?
Brody Ortiz
Theta will eat you and you will lose all your money. Don’t bother.
Landon Jenkins
Wow no one has ever thought of that before user! You're going to be a millionaire!
Brody Kelly
The issue with trailing stop losses on options is small movements in the stock can cause large movements in the option. If you set them too tightly you get stopped out fast and often. The hardest part of options is the entry and the exit. Many times, you'll enter a good position but the first day might be rough if you didn't time the bottom perfectly, but as long as the upward (or downward) trend holds, then you should be okay.
William Sanchez
I literally made a quick $350 off of OTM puts riding the SPY wave downwards on thursday morning. Just follow the momentum fren
So rather than options - would my strategy be feasible with outright stocks? E.g. my technical analysis crystal ball says WKHS is oversold, so I'll buy some WKHS stock, set a trailing stop of let's say 5%, and sell once I see positive gains (let's say 10 - 20%)?

Trading based on momentum is not a bad idea and many people do it. I used RSI today to decide when to sell my AMD puts, for instance, since it bottomed out on its RSI and then bounced along the upper bound of 55 and never broke below.
Jackson Cox
Would you mind going into detail with your trade? What date did you enter? What date did you exit? What was SPY trading at on enter, and what was the strike price?
Wise move I think user. I'm in on it too. Nothing is guaranteed in this market, but I think they have the potential to really take off. Just look at their market cap, has a shit ton of room to grow. Especially if their CEO has his shit together. . .
