There’s no reason for XRP. It’s not decentralized. If we were going to be adopting a digital dollar, it would be a centralized digital dollar, like China is doing with the Yuan. We would never adopt an external centralized ledger with a huge circulating supply. Decentralized ledgers have their place in the eco system too, but XRP has no use case. It provides nothing that a centralized digital dollar run by the Treasury couldn’t do.
