Atem is the biggest fucking cheater in the entire series and I absolutely love it how he gets away with everything.

Yuma is the biggest. Literally rewriting cards.

Dual monsters doesn't necessarily have the same rules as Yu-Gi-Oh!™
The only things that we can be sure are cheating are things that go against rules already established in the running series and meta-game shit like fucking with your opponent's deck and half of the shadow duel bullshit.

The thing that bothered me the most is that you could just fuse everything you wanted and whoop, new card baby. Specially in the Yugi vs Kaiba duel.
