I was looking at houses today in shitty little southwest town - houses were going for upwards of a million dollars.
I spoke with my boomer parents and mentioned how I'll probably never be able to afford a house unless they helped and they straight up said "we're not ever going to help you buy a house." So yeah, probably never going to own a home. Fuck this gay earth.

I put in an offer, seller asked for 5k more so u said OK and sent a new offer. Then they fucking ghosted me, listing removed today, 3 days after accepting their terms. No word or reply from seller. It's bullshit you either like the counter offer you made or you would not have sent, right? My rent just went up to $1300 and it's a fucking dump apartment. So an $800 mortgage is looking really good about now. That's an extra 6k a year freed up for shitcoining.
