also the only thing Toriyama has on anyone is that his incredibly laziness cut his on-panel shit down to the point people mistook it for brilliantly readable action. You don't get credit for an accident.
Oda has been awful at paneling for probably a decade at this point. Some arcs are Samurai 8 levels of being visually unreadable.
And Togashi at his best was more a story-teller than an artist. I think he does some really cool/clever stuff with paneling non-action shots though.
