Coinbase attempted to withdraw $30,000+ from my bank account from an app glitch in July 2019, but only $2,367.10 was in the account, which was taken. AFTER THEY STOLE MY MONEY THEY THEN SENT ME A BILL FOR $7,000+ AFTER A MASSIVE 3 MONTH EFFORT TO REACH THEIR LEGAL TEAM.
What is that? I have spent a year attempting to recover my quite literally stolen money. I never received any ethereum (Bitcoin) or any refund, and it made my bank account go thousands of dollars into the negative, forcing it to close and disabling my business permanently because we were unable to get a $30,000 loan through them that was planned for expanding our business with a warehouse in PA to convert to a true facility like a real family company. As of then we were struggling to make ends meet. And I suggested Bitcoin, which made me look like a fucking god damn idiot to them, and now to myself looking back.
Our relationships with each other have been significantly strained and our business and brother is dead. This was our daily used business account because we couldn't afford a big business account, which was now crippled. We couldn't make ends meet. My brother committed suicide earlier that year and my family was already very demoralized. Very crooked practices by these people and repeated refusal of compensation for a year now. This was last year. My family was evicted because the landlord sold the house, and we have suffered severe emotional damages for a long time as a result of this, especially the kids. I cashed out what I could have but my faith in Bitcoin is lost after this. We very much intend to go public with this and contact any news agencies, law enforcement, and regular people or pro Bono lawyers who will bother listening in an attempt to receive compensation far in excess of $2,367.10. As our emotional damages, especially to the youngest members of our family has been quite devastating. I was depressed and feeling hopeless for a long time because of this following my brother's suicide and the loss of our business to Corona Virus. They lost their future future company. A pet care business. A dream job. Our company is now dead with Corona Virus. And I am posting this everywhere online possible. We never received the $30,000 loan because of these complete idiots, who I sent at least 50-100 emails to. We seek SIGNIFICANT AND PROFOUND compensation from our family relationships being made pretty much sour and destroyed.
This will be very public and save people from being scammed by these people. Not a care in the world by their idiot employees after repeated contacts, and supporting documents for a year plus.

I still have these documents proving their app glitch. These people deserve a massive fine and publicity. Nobody should buy Bitcoin from here. No acknowledgement or responses that matter. I am reporting to California law enforcement, the FTC, and others as well in their jurisdiction as well as any other sources I'm supposed to. And asking for help from people. Thank you for any help.

Currently looking for pro bono options and considering a kickstarter for publicity? What do you think? How can we possibly get any kind of compensation at all? I'm not holding my breath for a settlement. The only way we will ever get money back is if we make this as public as possible. And help people from being scammed because I can't be the first person this has happened to.
