Can’t do much more than run it through google translate at the moment. Sounds like the future Yuuna saw ended with Kogarashi getting injured or killed by Ouga while protecting Yuuna. So Yuuna began looking for ways to alter the future to save Kogarashi. Leading to the present circumstances where there are more people living at the inn, Yuuna isn’t as close to Kogarashi and has more love rivals, but they get through Ouga safely. Only to then have the problem of Jounosuke.

So, wait, the reason why Yuuna is a ghost is because she saw Kogarashi in a vision of the future falling in love with her ghost self and she feels guilty about him dying to protect her?

>Yuuna is the reason why other girls can meet Kogarashi and fall in love with him >It's all thanks to Yuuna so she is the one who deserves to win the most! What is this retardation?

Something like that. From what I can tell, the chapter title is something like "Genryuusai-san repeats". The gist of it is that wanting that future she saw with Kogarashi was going to be enough to let her become a ghost. It seems like it was just the two of them at Yuragi Inn and they quickly became essentially boyfriend and girlfriend. But it had a bad ending when Ouga showed up for Yuuna and Kogarashi takes the finishing blow to protect her.
After waking from the dream, Genryuusai confirms with Ryuuzen that the dream is merely a prediction, a possible future not the real future. So Genryuusai starts trying find futures that also save Kogarashi. Eventually getting Nonko to come to the inn proved key to defeating Ouga, but also resulted in Yuuna no longer being Kogarashi's girlfriend and having a bunch of love rivals. Renryuusai was okay with this as long as Kogarashi was okay.
However this future also leads to Kogarashi dying in Jounosuke's attack, and Yuuna being unable to do anything save Kogarashi. Sounds like the chapter ends on a note of Genryuusai resolving to save Kogarashi.

i read it more like the only way for yuuna to save kogarashi was to have the harem end, you can't change my mind
Yuuna will die, but her soul will go forward in time to meet her destined lover Kogarashi, but she'll forget herself in the process. Amnesiac Yuuna who comes to love her destined lover Kogarashi will in the process pick up all the requisite spiritual powers to become a real girl that she never learned in the past, and using this power she will save herself from her own Destruction End in the past as well as save Kogarashi from his Destruction End in the future as she emerges from the singularity in her FINAL FORM: a living and breathing christmas cake.

Guess she should've pursued a path where Jounosuke would be Kogarashi's lover.

So what I'm getting is that there WAS an original timeline (dream) where Yuuna became a ghost only to meet Koga and be his official girlfriend, but that ended with Koga being kill, so Yuuna , together with Ryuuzen , tried to find alternatives to meet both her goal and have Koga live, whoch ended with the current timeline, but for whatever reason Yuuna forgot what happened after Koga died, so her dream requeriment to glow is remember what to do to have a happy end. That, or everything has been a prophetic dream since the start, and Miura is a fucking hack.

>Best girl sets up a harem for the MC I like this.
Well I skipped over a few parts as I was uncertain and wanted context to puzzle them out. The impression that I get is the original timeline would have been just Kogarashi moving to Yuragi Inn, no other tenants there. Yuuna and Ryuuzen discovered the possibility of Yuuna becoming a ghost to meet the boy she was compatible with, leading to Yuuna altering the future by becoming a ghost and meeting Kogarashi. But that ends with encounter with Ouga going badly, so Yuuna begins looking for ways to avert that. Learning the details about her memories being sealed and her passing on with them unsealed seems to be part of that. Eventually she gets events past Ouga safely, only to have Jounosuke's attack kill Kogarashi, and it sounds like the chapter ends with past Yuuna planning to keep trying to figure out how to save Kogarashi from that until she dies.
So I suspect that the conditions for Yuuna to pass on are her being happy with Kogarashi, with her memory unsealed, while Kogarashi is safe from the incidents she knows about.

>or everything has been a prophetic dream since the start, and Miura is a fucking hack. Well it is the result of said prophetic dream or rather a series of dreams that lead to the current timeline, which probably goes beyond Yuuna's control since she was supposed to pass on. On the other hand it proves all the other girls were necessary for them to get to this point and ties the last big loose end, on way Nonko was in the inn. If this isn't the final arc, it at least is the last big arc, followed by some KogarashixYuuna fluff, other girls don't need a send off, since we can gauge were they'll end up from the other future dreams.
