Now that Coronavirus is officially over in Japan I think we can expect Comiket sometimes in June or July maybe. Are you planning on going?
Now that Coronavirus is officially over in Japan I think we can expect Comiket sometimes in June or July maybe...
delusional
try next year.
>officially over
user i...
imagine being this disconnected from reality.
Kek
Japanon here, I heard that the government was discussing lifting the stay at home order early today, but I haven't heard anything yet. Shit's gonna stay closed at least until the end of May/first week of June.
>Japanon here
My buddies have been telling me they've begun to notice regular amounts of crowdedness on trains starting today.
>Japanon here
I hope you guys doing fine. I planed on visiting Japan this June, but then Chinese Batman disease happened.
Why visit in June? It rains pretty much ever other day and then you're lashed with almost unbearable heat on the following months. Go visit in April like a normal person.
Its fucking over user, aerial aids is fucking forever.
the virus is still going to hang around so not really over
are people coming around to the fact that this virus is now endemic to the human race and will be around forever
people are coming around to the fact that it's not worth fucking the global economic over some meme flu
>meme flu
no it's more that enough of the particular voter base most affected is kill so they are less politically relevant
Sorry, my mistake. I meant late Mai and return at the fourth of June.
There was suppose to be an event, but it was canceled.
I guess I'll have to repopulate Japan with my big hard throbbing cock after this is over.
The economy was long fucked before the virus happened. This is just the result of not changing things to a newer system of exchange already.
There is no real positive to this virus, but the force changes being done because of it are things that should have been done a decade ago when the internet became capable enough to replace doing shit like going to the movies or supermarkets. Needing to go into places is not essential anymore but companies refused to acknowledge or put any effort into making online systems for this case.
That said the US is the slowest to adopt new technologies and concepts. Plus it doesn't help when lobbyists and old as fuck people running the country have no idea how technology works to make these concepts real.
Probably even longer. In my country we've had about 40 cases per day for weeks now (sometimes as few as 15-18), but the government and epidemiologists outright said all the festivals and similar huge events will be cancelled at least until fall. At least the museums/castles are open again.
I planned to visit October, I want to avoid the tourist crowds
The presentation of cinema helps the genre, like yes objectively you are wrong and should be punished for watching good shit on your phone. Nothing changes that fact but people will always flock to pleasure.
But yeah otherwise you're right.
>Shit's gonna stay closed at least until the end of May/first week of June.
I seriously hope they lift it earlier. My parcel is stuck at the delivery service and if I don't choose a specific shipping service, they are going to send everything back to shops. However Japan Post has suspended support of all carriers, so my only "choice" is a regular mail that will take three months to delivery, not to mention the final leg will be carried out be Russian State Post who I just don't trust.
>replace doing shit like going to the movies or supermarkets.
You forget that there is always the experience factor. People want to do shit. Go out, be together with other people.
People still do sightseeing, despite already seen pictures of said attraction.
>another coronovirus shitposting general
make it stop
If the people are insufferable, and nowadays also potentially sick with an illness that might fuck me up for a very long time, then staying at home ain't no biggie.
yeah, have to worry about a virus that has a lower mortality rate than the flu
>Coronavirus
>Over
W-What? You realize that this virus is going to ravage the world for the rest of time, right? It's going to keep rapidly mutating as time goes on.
My Jap friend told me that Japan wasn't under any kind of lockdown
He said it was in state of emergency but that didn't mean stay at home
He still has to go to work and everything
I'm fine with everyone else suffering from the permanent ill effects to their lungs because of said "nothingburger meme flu", as long as I am not affected by it.
Once the vaccine has been developed, then I'm gonna intermingle with all the sickies again.
For now, I'm content being a home office worker.
That's literally not how it works. Eventually some medicine will be found, and then a vaccine, and then the Covid-19 in particular is gone forever. Whether there will be another animal-themed flu in the future is an entirely unrelated matter to the current memeflu.
Also please kill yourselves already, I'm tired of this shit being discussed (doomposted) everywhere.
Coronavirus is most likely never going away
That user is a retard and most likely baiting but I think the reality is that everyone is going to get infected at one point. The whole point of lockdown is slowing the spread so hospitals aren't overwhelmed. It isn't to annihilate the virus
>Eventually some medicine will be found, and then a vaccine, and then the Covid-19 in particular is gone forever.
Nah, it'll remain because of some dumb antivaxxers getting sick of it all the time and trying to infect everyone on purpose.
He KNOWS it's not over. He just needed an excuse to have a coronavirus thread and get off topic by vaguely disguising it as anime related and then offering an inflammatory opinion to get everyone arguing.
And then they'll fail to infect people who are immune to it, because that's how vaccines work.
>oh no but it will just mutate!
Not how it works.
The amount of antivaxxers is increasing.
Okay? Nature will just kill them off
>Coronavirus is most likely never going away
Over course it never goes away. Like the average flue or other illnesses never stop reappearing, but it won't be such an issue anymore.
Let them kill themselves, I'll take the vaccine and laugh at whatever they try to do to me.
Unfortunately not. The misplaced kindness of other people through social security and allowing them to participate in society keeps the antivaxxers alive.
Do you guys not know how herd immunity works?
If the number of antivaxxers increases then herd immunity goes down and deaths rise
