While I haven't finished yet, this and LWA didn't need to stick the landing. There is a lot of potential for both as longer running shows with slow but meaningful development. Something a long the lines of CCS. Its just a shame there is no market for something like this.

Trigger just needs to man up and do some weird ass 15 episode season, fuck the networks. Realistically, what is holding them back from breaking the 1 cour*(x) formula if they're get in bed with Netflix. Trigger fucks up filler when they're given 24 and fucks up endings regardless of length.
It's not like a fucked up season would mess up networks' scheduling because they could just play PSG to fill the block until next season.

Alan and Nazuna were last minute additions and it shows. Alan was forgettable and Nazuna was actual dogshit.
Shirou turning into an enraged monster was fine in principle, but there was so little deliberate setup.
The show literally spent the first 5 episodes setting up themes of racism and crime, and then hard-shifted to the cult bullshit, with the stupidest payoff imaginable for The Family.
This isn't another "Trigger misses the landing". It's okay if you liked it; I liked it to, but so much of the show was bad.
