So how will she lose the match? Falling back into Charging at an important moment?

1v1, Nishi vs Miho, lose by Machine-judgement when they simultaneously soot one-another after an epic duel similar to the end of the first predator movie
In an embarassing fashion, Totsugeki will prove inefficient.
It would be more hillarious if they all of a sudden successfully totsugeki someone.
>Falling back into Charging at an important moment
I don't see the problem
>inb4 Team Mallard get swarmed.
should we try to appeal the fact we're getting goomba stomped to the IRC Chat?
Did Japanese tanks really just charge everytime?
From the accounts I've read about the Island campaigns it seems they were usually just buried in the ground or hidden
Imagine Chihatan winning and progressing in Das Finale.
I'd rather have Ooarai lose to Saunders.
I think the answer to her loss should be obvious.
Japanese tanks did well in China where they had actual space to manouver. They didn't charge blindly. In an Island, there isn't much space to charge, so mobile bunkers it is then.
They will get taken out except Nishi, Fukuda, Tamada and Hosomi and when surrounded, they will TOTSUGEKI CHI HA TAN BANZAI one last time.
They will get cornered and charge off a cliff to deny Momo the pleasure of taking them out
I don't understand how Oorai didn't snipe them from above when they were in the mudpit. Should've ended there imo
Depends.
Some commanders indeed used them in a quite retarded way by charging at the Americans right at the beaches, thus exposing their tanks to all the fire. There is at least one account of an Ha-Go with explosives and fuel drums strapped to it ambushing and ramming a Sherman at the Phillipines, desytroying both tanks in the process.
Some others used them more defensively, to the point of digging them in.
They werealso quite effective during the early war, often ambushing British and US forces due to the amazing cross country performance of the Ha-Go and Chi-Ha, so those troops sometimes faced tanks where they never thought tanks to be operational at all.
It's going to be Ooarai vs Gloriana redemption arc
And Darj will knock out Miho with Momo taking down Darj because next to no one takes Momo seriously enough to plan against her.
Can't depress the barrel that much without going forward and falling in.
This sounds so awful that it will happen.
What I really wanna see is an Anzio-Pravda match, the styles clash so much
> Falling back into Charging at an important moment?
I hope it's the opposite. Chi-ha-tan would be presented with a perfect opportunity, but Nishi would hesitate or even order a retreat, and they would end up losing. It has a positive "do your best to improve but don't forget who you are" kind of message.
Is there any advantage to having your commanding Tank not be the flag tank?
Not doing a Maho.
Well, you can put your command tank directly in the front line without risking the match.
I wonder how chi-ha-tan is going to win because there's no way their japanese light tanks are going to pierce the armour of oorai's pv iv
Sure, but at the same time, you risk having your command tank be taken out, and all of a sudden everyone goes 'right, who commands now'
if you lose your commander who isn't the flag it then falls to the Vice or next in charge to hold things together preserving a chance at victory. if the Flag and Command are the same all your eggs are in one basket
Of course. A commander might want to be able to take riskier actions without fearing a complete loss. She might also be inclined to have a lighter, quicker, tank be the flag tank without wanting to use one herself. Another possibility is that she value the individual performance of a particular crew above her own, or on the flip side, use one of the shittier crews and/or tanks to safeguard the flag while having the best girls do the actual fighting.
I really love those little details, like the gun barrels of the Japanese tanks having a different color because they were pre-painted at the army arsenals and then fitted into the completed tanks.
That could actually work quite nicely. Now the question is, which Oarai tanks are going to get blown up before the match is finished?
Leopon, Hippo and Mallard are already out right?
M8, they already took out the Tiger (P). The PzKpw IV is fucked.
BOMBER DARJ DO IT AGAIN.
Leopon, Mallard and Shark. Hippo is still there. The problem is that they lost their heaviest turreted hitter in a jungle environment where they need that horizontal movement.
A scenario will happen where charging would be the one and only correct answer, but Nishi will hesitate thinking she is only wanting to revert to her old ways and the hesitation will allow Miho to asspull/charge into victory.
