Can someone spoonfeed me a step-by-step to cash out without paying taxes? The money's not a big deal just have an issue with giving money to this shit government so they can turn around and give it to leeches
Taxes
I second this. I need to know before we hit $6
Bump
Bump
You don’t get around it because you probably on-ramped with cuckbase and they KYC’d the fuck out of you.
It’s not worth looking over your back forever about because a 100k isn’t worth getting locked in a cage. If you’re talking about 7 digits or more, renounce your citizenship and get to somewhere tax free.
That said, a friend of mine would take cruises and cash out in the Bahamas. You can walk back into the country with 9999.00 and not have to report it. Wife and two kids can bring back 40k a trip... watch for people tailing you though in foreign countries.
Either sell it after a year, or dont sell it at all
You only get taxed on gains
step 1: don't be american
step 2: become a resident somewhere with low/no taxes
>renounce your citizenship
When? I haven’t made it yet but I’m close
I’ve heard a few instances of potential fraud lmao
1. Start your own erc20 anonymously and exit scam on yourself
2. Trade for monero then trade for gold bars but that’d only work if you make the monies after transferring because you’re tracked up to the monero withdrawal.
Seriously tho you’re better off consulting an accountant and being transparent it’s not worth the stress if you live in a great country like America you’re taking for granted how nice and safe your middle class life is.
lol, imagine if what all the anons are saying about the taxman clawing through fucking wallet transactions and finding out the value of a trade to tax it. i think i might just make a few more metamask wallets just for this. imagine having to dig through multiple wallets selling into monero and back into other wallets, trading countless uniswap shitcoins at God knows what price, just hundred upon hundreds of tiny, worthless trades to try and squeeze shekels out of some goy. putting a government employee through that sounds like the greatest catharsis imaginable.
what does waiting a year do
With local bitcoins or something you could convert the money to cash. But if we're talking over 50k then it wouldn't matter because you'll have the same problem as before.
Honestly man, do you have family ties where you are? Some countries, like Italy, don't have a tax for cashing out cryptocurrency.
I might just move and start over. America is a fucking shithole anyone. I'm so tired of this corrupt vain society where women spend all the money and get fat while men slave away.
They might try to automate this process though.
They send you a letter putting the burden of proof on you. They’ll see that monero transaction and put a red flag on your account. Then if it is escalated they will track your payment history to the best of their ability. And the employee will just run an algo that’s the beauty of public ledgers your ass is laid bare for anyone that wants to follow the shit trail.
I've been thinking about moving to Portugal and swinging crypto. This pump is a wake up call to learn Portuguese and get the fuck out of this nigger feminist shit hole
>You owe us 10 million dollars
>W-what? That's ridiculous!
>Prove it
>Smashes head against wall because it's near impossible to figure out your trade history spread out across multiple exchanges over multiple years with missing data unless you have 150+ IQ
Literally just wait a year or so until /ourguys/ audit the FED and fix egregious taxation.
They should redeploy a metals standard as well, in which case you can just do 2. in without having to even switch to monero.
Besides, you can use a visa card tied to a crypto wallet in the mean time, which, as far as I understand things, isn't even taxable.
>track monero
this guy knows what he's talking about
>What did you do with the monero after you bought it?
>idk lol
whats their counter to this
/ourguys/ currently control the white house...
/ourugys are the ones that gave us Blockchain.
Simply wait a year or two and THEN realize gains. Right now is not a good time to even have large portions of fiat. Your savings should be in crypto or metals.
How are you people asking this question but not paying close attention to how things are going down?...
>people starting to wake up to the fact that governments won't be able to tax and control the global crypto/digital economy
the sovereign individual predicted this 20 years ago. it's beautiful to realize that we're getting there.
Throwing your ass in jail for contempt of court until you confess if the judge doesn't believe you.
They're the government. They don't have to play by the rules.
might as well realize capital gains before we hit 40% fucking percent under biden
all young male entrepreneurs are going to leave
Go back to R/eddit.
Buy monero first, then move it to a non-kyc exchange.
Sell monero for chainlink
Then, when you want to sell do it all in reverse. You can sell monero at localmonero
Poof
You still have to report losses
Really funny you say that. Friend of mine is about to cash his whole life out and start over there. Absolutely loves it.
Low cost of living. Beautiful country. They take care of their aging population so retirement is good. Wins all around. He got a nice condo there, near the beach for $120k
laugh all you want. Reddit has made higher gains than biz ever has.
r/bitcoin? started in 2010.
How in the hell did you even find this place?...
my autistic friend showed me /b in 2011.
took a break for a while came back in 2017
then, never left, and bought link. faggot.
show me 1(one) case of this exact scenario happening to a human in real life
Yet, for some reason, you think Biden has any chance of ever possibly winning the election, let alone escaping the military tribunals that are scheduled for the end of the year/the beginning of next year?...
You should be extremely happy your very kind friend showed you this place.
Does he tie your shoes too, big guy?
Germany still has a law that if you don't buy or sell an asset for 12 months you can cash out tax free. They hand out citizenships like candy so try that.
This actually doesn't work for Americans, they make you settle up on they way out and the irs has hooks even places where extradition doesn't apply.
dont feel like getting into an autistic spat with you. have a nice evening.
in australia if you hold an asset for a year you only get taxed 50% of your gains, under a year and tax is applied to 100% of gains
