This is true, Narutoi's feelings for Sakura were extremely vapid. But the difference is that Naruto actually got over them and instead built a friendship on their mutually shared experiences and two, Sakura at her worst was never as awful a person as Sasuke was.

You know that Naruto at least was show as a friend to Sasuke. They had a couple of good moments together.
Also he had a promisse with the bitch sakura that he had to keep.
Sakura was treated like crap by Sasuke that never showed even a hint of liking her or wanting her close.
There is a double standart because naruto reasons are dumb but at least are stated in the story.

That is one of the things I will forever hate about the writing in Naruto. I hate how Sakura wasn't put to suffer for behaving like a cunt. And do NOT say "Sasuke knocked her up and ditched her for longer than a decade" fuck off. That is exactly what she wanted. She got to live her dream, being Sasuke's sperm toilet. She is happy as a clam. She needed to never achieve her dream while Naruto beats her to death as well. That's what would have corrected at least one flaw in this garbage series.

There is at least one thing Sakura does for Naruto as his friend and that's the confession. People give her a lot of shit for it because it was retarded and she probably shouldn't have listened to an emotionally stunted idiot like Sai in the first place, but when people tell her that Nartuto is killing himself to fulfill a promise he made for her the first thing she does is try to get him to stop by offering her future happiness to do so. Flawed as shit, but it's literally the most noble intentions she ever has in the entire story.

The main problems with Naruto's ending was that it ditches the idea that Naruto's obsession with Sasuke was an unhealthy thing, because he saves him at the end. And Naruto being the Hokage doesn't make sense because everyone acknowledged him after he defeated Pain. Also a Hokage can't break the cycle of hatred and bring peace because Hokage can't freely do whatever they want. They must be loyal to their village, Daimyo and the council. Also, this way it avoids the forced romances and Boruto never happens

This. Gaara should have successfully murdered her. I was so angry when afterwards Sakura assumes that Sasuke saved her worthless life and the only reason she learned the truth, is because Sasuke who at the time was not fully unlikable openly credited Naruto.

Anyway I knew I hated this cunt since that moment. But even before that? I did not like the unfuny routine of her beating up Naruto and never getting beaten right back. And then comes Sai who seemingly rightfully insults Sakura, but nope he takes her beatings all the same. What garbage writing.
