Alice in Borderland

did you like it? Just finished reading it and I thought it was well executed but with some poor pacing and a bit cliche at the end but still a 9/10

The reveal was alright, but the last game was anticlimatic.

Absolutely amazing manga. Read it on a whim and got something I'll never forget.

Out of all possible endings, "it was all a dream or was it??" is the worst choice. Some of the arcs were great. The author has balls for killing all of the protagonist's friends.

The sequel started out good but ended worse.

That's one of many things I really apreciate about the manga. When a story kills off precious people of its maincharacter they usually do it too soon. In Alice in Borderland however it happens at the perfect time. Before they died I already felt attached of them and I didn't think they would be a goner in an instant.

It has alot of good moments.

I wouldn't have minded the anticlimax ending, but Arisu was a fucking moron for touching any food offered to him by a citizen. They could have kept the mind fucks but not had the melodramatic hallucination chapter.

The authors new zombie manga is pretty funny but looks like it may be going to shit with the introduction of "villains".

Loved the author's art. Shame he stopped drawing after the first one.

Half of these aren't bad since the whole point is that the game designers are dicks who want to screw with the players and cause as much suffering as possible. Fuck the drugged tea though.

I think it'll be OK, as long as the villains end up dying. Which knowing the author is pretty likely.
